Monterey Coastline No.1_16"x20" Oil

In the past I visited the lovely Monterey peninsula a few times on a plein air painting trip. I usually spent a week painting  the coastline. This is one of my artworks from one of those  trips. There, I found countless subject matter. One can stand in one location and paint hundreds of varied paintings.
