Pumphouse Abstracted 36"x36" Acrylic_No.33 of My Home and Garden Series

This painting is a semi-abstraction of our pumphouse, the first building that I built over 40 years ago. I even used cedar shingles, because I had seen them used on fancy houses. But soon I found out that it wasn’t a good idea to use wood shingles in this area because of fire hazard. So when I built our home I used the composition shingles instead.
