Willows at Delta Ponds 7”x10” Watercolor-Oil Pastel.

At times to sketch in watercolor an intricate view like this is difficult so here I used oil pastel to get the result I wanted. I suppose one can use the miskit which blocks the paper and one can easily paint with watercolor, but I, personally, avoid that because it produces hard edges that are difficult to soften.
